We have used D3O® material for the padding which is like a foam but tougher and longer lasting. Upon impact, the foam hardens to protect you from the point of impact by distributing the force throughout the rest of the material and quickly softens up again.
The knee pad cover is made from SuperFabric® which is a technical fabric that is cut and abrasion resistant. It is created with a base fabric overlaid with tiny, hard guard plates in a specific patter with enough space in between then to allow a degree of flexibility and breathability. However, they are small enough to keep most sharp objects from penetrating.

Sizing & Fit
Our first model’s (upper thigh blossom tattoo) lower thigh measures 38cm and is wearing XS.
Our second & third model (Thai script tattoo and no tattoo) measure 42cm and 40cm respectively. Both are wearing size small.

– The length of the knee pad ranges from 20.5cm to 23.5cm. It increases by 1cm for each size
– We strongly recommend purchasing our Boost+ Protection Additional Padding if you have sensitive knees, are prone to bruising or wish to repetitively train high impact tricks

What will I receive:
Your package will contain one pair of knee pads with our stock standard padding. All swing tags are fully recyclable with zero plastic packaging.
How to choose your size?
Everyone is generally able to fit into two sizes due to the fabric we have chosen.
- Firstly, measure 6cm above your knee cap and then wrap the tape measurement around your lower thigh to work out your ‘upper knee circumference’.
- Match with our size chart to find your perfect size
- If you are on the edge of the size chart or in between sizes, you have 2 options: choose the smaller size if you prefer snug fits and choose the larger size if you prefer a relaxed fit. Overall, we recommend the ‘snug fit’ to avoid the knee pad from slipping down as you dance.
The knee pad should feel firm and secure when sliding along the floor. Sit in a kneeling position for 30 seconds and if the knee pad is cutting off your blood circulation, you will need to choose 1 size up. Please refer to our size chart below:
Care Instructions:
- IMPORTANT: Remove the orange pieces of padding before washing
- Avoid contact with any liquids with padding to preserve the impact absorbing technology
- The sleeve must be washed on a COLD cycle in a wash bag. This prevents the silicone strip from breaking down and will minimise contact with other abrasive items in the wash such as zips.
- Line dry in shade
- Do not place the padding or knee pad sleeve dryer
